I Had 100 Posts/That Didn't Matter
Holy cow. 100 posts.
It's times like this when I ask myself:

In the spirit of this joyous occasion, I'm proud to introduce a new feature here at Opinions, the "Why I Don't Care" column--published approximately whenever I feel like it.
Let the cynicism begin.
Why I Don't Care: #01
I don't care because it's not worth my time. When you care, you automatically have to start worrying about things. That eats up more of my time that I can use for whatever.
Let me illustrate with an example.
A duck is crossing the street. If you see that duck and care about it, you have to worry about whether or not an 18-wheeler will come along and turn it into a skid mark. On the other hand, if you don't care, the life and death of the duck cease to have any influence on your life. It's as if the duck doesn't even exist.
Now surely you must be wondering what sort of impact this has on the nature of your perception of reality. Funny you should ask, because I don't care.
